Hello – I just emailed you my Green Bean Bundle recipe. I won’t be able to post the recipe on my blog until Tuesday, Aug 21, and I know you might be making these soon.
Making them this weekend and can’t wait
I couldn’t get your email address to work, so I posted here….
I feel weird doing this because I was taught a healthy respect for the police (I promise to never say “cop”) and I can’t believe I’m emailing one! You can’t imagine my terror when I found out that my 4 year old really was talking to someone (for two straight weeks!) on an old disconnected cell phone (I thought he was pretending!), which happened to be 911 (which I never taught him!) and they had to send a police officer to my door (when they finally located me!). I was more scared than my son, let me tell ya. So this is taking serious courage…..
Anywho, I got a copy of your first book awhile back and loved reading it. I was so excited to find that you had written a second book that I purchased it the moment I finished the first. I finished reading the second book just this afternoon and was disappointed there wasn’t a third book waiting. I just can’t get enough, so I signed up for your blog and started reading back stories. This is where I found your offer for writing a review / receiving a free digital copy of your third book. I wrote a review on Amazon.com just a few moments ago. I am also looking forward to the new book. However, I totally understand if the offer is too old (it WAS April of 2012). No worries! I’ll still be getting your third book when it’s available
Other than that, I just want to say that I really have enjoyed your books. Your first book (Cadet) inspired me (a 41 yr old who feels that life is pretty much over at this age!) I love your humor but I also appreciate the sad, frustrating, and horrible stories. They all touch my heart in some way.
And one other thing, thank you for your unbelievably hard work even when no one seems to notice or appreciate it and you may have nothing (but a written report) to show for it. You (and officers like you!) are amazing.
Best regards to you,
Heather Wynn
Hi Heather, This is an incredibly special email. I’m going to send you a private message through Facebook and only say here that you’ve made me feel wonderful!
